‍‍So many of us battle with the chaos of our mind as a result of daily rituals of stress & worry & even self doubt which can create a pretty destructive path for us to go down.
I really do encourage meditation, or simply sitting in a quiet place as a path to increase awareness towards achieving clarity of mind to bring order to that chaos of our busy lives. It takes work real work and it takes time but like any good road trip it’s the journey of conscious self discovery that makes it all worth while.

We are what we eat & do.

‍‍Our bodies are a pretty accurate reflection of our health and if we look out of shape or unhealthy then we probably are. Despite the myriad of information out there about this diet or that exercise regime my thoughts are of simplicity. Our body requires water, and quite a bit of it. It also requires a good balanced diet of food, enough to keep us fuelled for the day ahead which needs to include some physical activity. Finish off with a good nights sleep & you've got a pretty good recipe.

The primal essence of who we truly are.

There is an essence within us that was pure and worry free at birth and to a large degree it is the same essence of man since time began. It is in those quiet moments of reflective calm when we often catch glimpses into our soul and feel the warm contentment spread through the core of our very being you will feel the manic noise of modern day life stripped away as your soul speaks to you, Do this often and those moments of calm will introduce themselves with more harmonious frequency.
